Polityka prywatności
Obowiązuje od: 5 listopada 2026 r.
Aerial w Polsce (aerial.cyrkarium.com) to bezpłatny serwis z kalendarzem wydarzeń, mapą studiów aerial, tablicą ogłoszeń i listą producentów.
1. Administrator danych
Administratorem danych jest Fundacja Cyrkarium z siedzibą w Gdyni, ul. Biskupa Dominika 27a/6, 81-402 Gdynia, KRS 0001161256, NIP 5862415612. Kontakt w sprawach danych osobowych: admin.aerialevents@cyrkarium.com.
2. Jakie dane zbieramy
Służy do logowania (link w mailu), do powiadomień o statusie Twoich wpisów i do przekazywania Ci wiadomości od osób zainteresowanych Twoim ogłoszeniem. Nie pokazujemy go na stronie.
- Treść ogłoszeń: kategoria, tytuł, opis, miasto, podpis (imię albo nick) i ewentualnie cena. Po zatwierdzeniu są publiczne przez 60 dni. Strona i baza odrzucają w ogłoszeniach numery telefonów i adresy e-mail.
To informacje publiczne o miejscach prowadzących zajęcia.
Bez e-maili i telefonów. Pierwsze wpisy dodaliśmy na podstawie stron samych producentów.
- Logo studia lub producenta, jeśli ktoś je wgra. Strona zmniejsza je przed wysłaniem i przechowuje w Supabase Storage.
3. Cele i podstawy prawne
| Cel | Podstawa (RODO) |
|---|---|
| Logowanie, prowadzenie konta, publikacja i edycja studiów oraz ogłoszeń, maile o statusie wpisów | art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b: świadczenie usługi drogą elektroniczną na Twoją prośbę |
| Przekazanie wiadomości z formularza autorowi ogłoszenia razem z Twoim adresem e-mail | art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a: Twoja zgoda (pole w formularzu); możesz ją wycofać, pisząc do nas |
| Publikacja informacji o studiach na mapie i o producentach na liście | art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f: prawnie uzasadniony interes Fundacji, czyli informowanie społeczności, gdzie można trenować |
| Moderacja, ochrona przed nadużyciami i spamem, bezpieczeństwo serwisu | art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f: prawnie uzasadniony interes Fundacji |
4. Komu powierzamy dane
Korzystamy z zaufanych dostawców, którzy przetwarzają dane wyłącznie na nasze polecenie:
- Supabase: baza danych i logowanie (serwery we Frankfurcie, UE),
- Resend: wysyłka maili (region Irlandia, UE),
- Hostinger: hosting strony,
- Google Workspace: skrzynka pocztowa Fundacji.
Wiadomość z formularza trafia do autora ogłoszenia, czyli innego użytkownika serwisu.
5. Jak długo przechowujemy dane
- Konto i adres e-mail: do czasu usunięcia konta.
Masz też prawo złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
7. Pliki cookie i pamięć przeglądarki
8. Zmiany polityki
Jeśli zmienimy zasady, zaktualizujemy tę stronę i datę obowiązywania. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy zarejestrowanych użytkowników mailem.
Privacy policy
Effective from: 5 November 2026
Aerial in Poland (aerial.cyrkarium.com) is a free service with an events calendar, a map of aerial studios, a community board and a list of makers. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are. The events calendar (aerial.cyrkarium.com/calendar/, formerly Aerial Events) has its own privacy policy. Both sites share the same account.
1. Data controller
The controller is Fundacja Cyrkarium, registered at ul. Biskupa Dominika 27a/6, 81-402 Gdynia, Poland, KRS 0001161256, NIP 5862415612. Contact for data protection matters: admin.aerialevents@cyrkarium.com.
2. What we collect
- Email address, if you sign in to add a studio or a listing. It is used for sign-in (a link by email), for notifications about your posts and to forward messages from people interested in your listing. It is never shown on the site.
- Listing content: category, title, description, city, signature (name or nickname) and optional price. Once approved, listings are public for 60 days. The site and the database reject phone numbers and email addresses in listings.
- Messages to listing authors: your name, email address and message from the form below a listing. With the consent you give in the form, we email them only to that listing's author so they can reply to you. Nobody else can read them on the site.
- Studio details: name, city, studio address, disciplines, levels, description and links to the website and social profiles. This is public information about places that run classes. We don't collect emails or phone numbers for studios. Some entries were added from publicly available sources, including the map on taniecwpowietrzu.pl, rather than by the studios themselves.
- Maker details: business or brand name, city, product types, description and links to the website, shop and profiles. No emails or phone numbers. The first entries were based on the makers' own websites.
- Logo of a studio or maker, if someone uploads one. The site shrinks it before upload and stores it in Supabase Storage. Logos are public. Please only upload a logo you are allowed to use.
- Technical data: when posts were created and changed, moderation decisions, the number of messages per listing, and server logs (e.g. IP address, time of visit) recorded automatically by our hosting and database providers for security.
Visitors who only browse the map and the board don't need to provide any data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Sign-in, account, publishing and editing studios and listings, status emails | Art. 6(1)(b): providing the service you request |
| Forwarding your message and email address to a listing's author | Art. 6(1)(a): your consent (checkbox in the form); you can withdraw it by writing to us |
| Publishing studio information on the map and makers on the list | Art. 6(1)(f): the Foundation's legitimate interest in telling the community where to train |
| Moderation, protection against abuse and spam, site security | Art. 6(1)(f): the Foundation's legitimate interest |
Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address you can't add posts or write to listing authors. We don't make automated decisions or profile users.
4. Who processes data for us
- Supabase: database and sign-in (servers in Frankfurt, EU),
- Resend: email delivery (Ireland region, EU),
- Hostinger: website hosting,
- Google Workspace: the Foundation's mailbox.
Some of these companies are based outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
A message from the form goes to the listing's author, another user of the service. From then on, they are responsible for their correspondence with you. Approved studios and listings are public and visible to anyone visiting the site.
5. How long we keep data
- Account and email address: until the account is deleted.
- Listings: public for 60 days after approval, or until the author closes or deletes them. Expired, closed and rejected listings are deleted automatically after another 90 days.
- Messages to authors: 90 days after sending (in case of abuse reports), then deleted automatically. The copy in the author's mailbox stays with them.
- Studios and makers (including logos): while they are current, or until the author of the entry deletes it or the studio or business asks us to.
- Technical logs: for the period set by our providers, usually up to a few weeks.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you run a studio and don't want it on the map, or want its details corrected, write to us. To exercise your rights, email admin.aerialevents@cyrkarium.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't ask for cookie consent. The site stores only your sign-in session (if you sign in) and your chosen language in your browser (localStorage). This data stays on your device.
When the page loads, your browser connects to external services, which therefore see your IP address: Google Fonts (fonts), jsDelivr (sign-in library), cdnjs (map library) and OpenStreetMap (map tiles). When you add a studio, OpenStreetMap also receives the address and city you enter, so the studio can be pinned on the map.
8. Changes
If we change these rules, we'll update this page and its effective date. We'll email registered users about significant changes.
